Use at CVS this week!!! Wall E & Minute Maid Rebate...

I just came across this rebate form and found out it works with the
Coke products deal this week at CVS!

Just a refresher... if you buy $20 in Coke products this week at CVS you get $10 off the new WallE DVD.

Minute Maid is a Coke product that may qualify for the discount on the movie. I have seen several talk of it, but no confirmation that the discount works with the Minute Maid.

If you try it and get the discount on the movie, the rebate is simple.

The rebate is for $5 back when you purchase 2 specific Minute Maid products and one of 4 movies: Sleeping Beauty,
Tinker Bell, WALL•E or The Chronicles of Narnia:

BUY any (2) Minute Maid® Juices or Juice
Drinks in 64 fl oz. cartons, or 10 pack or 15 pack drink
boxes, any variety, plus any one of the
following on DVD or Blu-ray™: Sleeping Beauty,
Tinker Bell, WALL•E or The Chronicles of Narnia:
Prince Caspian between 10/7/2008 and 2/16/2009.

Print and complete this Official Rebate Certificate, or clearly print your
name and complete street address (no P.O. boxes) on a 3x5 card.

Enclose in a stamped envelope:
1) Proof of purchase tab from movie
2) Upcs from 2 64 oz cartons, 10 or 15 packs
3) Register receipt(s) dated 10/7/08-2/16/09
4) Official rebate certificate or name, address & telephone on 3x5 card
